Mmmmmmm

I've been canning again.

My first attempt at jelly making.

And I must say, it's pretty good.

I took out all of the seeds and veins, so it isn't very hot,

but very tasty on toast with peanut butter.

Looks great! I've wanted to make hot pepper jelly but haven't found a recipe. It's great poured on cream cheese and served with crackers. I bet your jam would be too!
