A use for those gluey buttons

mama Part of this weekend's homework was to create a project for the 100th day of school. We had to collect 100 of something and make a display. Enter those gluey buttons.

Nathan chose his favorite buttons and glued them onto a shallow cardboard box. Then he "decorated" the outside of the box using a variety of markers.

All of the projects were displayed in the classroom today while they had their 100th Day Party. They each counted 100 Cheerios, 100 marshmallows, 100 pretzel sticks, 100 chocolate ships, 100 pieces of popcorn and a few other things. The food stuffs were dumped into a baggie to become a "snack mix".

Hmmmm.....wonder how many tummy aches there were tonight.
