Thrifty Thursday

This was one of those days when I LOVE the Goodwill Clearance Center. I definetly had some good thrifting mojo goin' on today!

A pack of ner paint sponges in various shapes, track for one of Nathan's trains, and a plastic treasure box.

Four paperbacks and two sets of brand new Hallmark Photo holiday cards.

(I've been looking for The Favored Child, by Phillipa Gregory for about a year!)

New bag of Cluster Stuff stuffing, vintage pattern, messenger bag pattern, 10 skeins of embroidery floss and 30+ skeins of tapestry wool

Shirt for Nathan, shirt and scarf for me. (Yes, I actually got something for myself!)

Grand total: $3.89!

Did I mention that I LOVE the Goodwill Clearance Center?

That is an awesome haul! I went to the Goodwill (non-outlet) and spent a bit more, but got a large box of 60's and 70's patterns and some other stuff.

Those Phillipa Gregory books are hard to find. I bought my mother one(can't remember title) and she wants more.

I went to our GW clearance center today and the pickins were slim. It was so stinking crowded that I couldn't enjoy looking.

Thanks for visiting and leaving a comment on my blog. I will just be happy with a car that I can afford the payments on.
